Emails You Choose to Send

After you complete an inquiry form, a review dialog lets you check the message and open your email composer to send it. The website does not automatically send or store the responses. Your email provider and ULUS’s email service handle any message you choose to send. ULUS must approve the final privacy notice before launch.

Links to Other Websites

Donation, publication, and other external links open separate services with their own information practices. The online donation form is operated through ULUS’s existing eTapestry giving page.

Before Live Submissions Begin

ULUS must approve the final privacy notice and form operations before this website accepts inquiries. That notice will need to identify what is collected, its purpose, who receives it, how it is protected and retained, and how people can ask questions or exercise applicable choices.
