The latest Project Ready workshop was a real treat for our students. We had Annie Myers, President and CEO of Southern Etiquette teach our students dining etiquette while dining at Soby’s in downtown Greenville.

Soby’s graciously hosted 20 of our students. Ms. Myers was a plethora of knowledge. She taught proper silverware and napkin placement, how to sit down and get up from the table, the proper way to eat and have conversation, and more.

It was fun and enlightening for the students and the adults as well. Special thank you to Ms. Myers, Executive Chef Shaun Garcia and the staff at Soby’s for creating an unforgettable experience.
