Housing and Supportive Services

A HUD approved counseling program, offering services that enable residents of the Upstate to make informed decisions regarding their housing needs and goals. The Housing Counseling Program helps to bridge the gap in minority homeownership and address the lack of affordable housing in the Upstate.

Our mission is to work collaboratively to create stable, vibrant, and healthy communities by developing and operating affordable, program-enriched housing for families and seniors.

Our vision is to ensure Upstate citizens, regardless of economic status have acceptable choices in where they live and opportunities to reach their fullest potential.
